As a result, they have no way of knowing the most effective way to convey the written or verbal messages, what the end deliverables should be, the cultural and linguistic idiosyncrasies, and finally, whether or not they are getting quality and accurate product.” As a result, Carlos makes it his mission and that of the company staff to educate every client regarding the various nuances of interpretation and translation services. He increased his company’s ability to address those needs when he developed new infrastructure and technological capabilities for the translation department – helping Para-Plus Translations serve more clients efficiently and effectively.
